Founder & Executive Chairman

A seasoned Entrepreneur who has experience working in eight African countries including Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda among others. Apart from being the Founder and Executive Chairman of Peniel World Basil has held top managerial and board positions in reputable multi-billion dollar companies in Africa such as the then Celtel International, Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation, the British Broadcasting Corporation United Kingdom and Ernst & Young Chartered Accountancy.

PROF. Hulda SHAIDI SWAI

Board Member- Research& Quality Management

A nanotechnology scientist who is in possession of a PhD in Biomaterials. She was appointed President of the African Materials Research Society in May 2018 and had been appointed an extra ordinary Professor in 2013 at the University of Pretoria. She has extensive knowledge in research from her 9 years’ experience as a researcher at Queen Mary’s College in the UK, her 11 years’ experience as a Senior Principal Researcher for The Council for Scientic and Industrial Research in South Africa.

Kibaya ERISANIA

Board Member- Strategy & Business Development

Mr. Kibaya Erisania is a computer engineer, with profound strategic thinking and operational leadership skills. He is a holder of two Masters Degrees, in Business Administration and in Computer Science & Technology. Mr Erisania has worked in various senior management positions including Deputy Managing Director/Strategy and Business Performance Consultant for Wonderland Investments, Business Development/ Performance Manager for Reime Tanzania Ltd and Assistant Technical Director for Huawei Technologies. His experience is also widespread amongst various countries including Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and China.

Abinery Mwema-Sadindi

Board Member

Graduated from Selous University in Bulawayo Zimbabwe, involved in Food and Beverages Industries Business Start-ups in Uganda and Tanzania. Formerly Managing Director of Wisteria Industries (Private) Limited from start-up to growing into a multi-million-dollar business and until it was bought out. Currently appointed Acting MD of Lumiere Corporation (Private) Limited Zimbabwe, a 2018 start-up.

Quinton Harris

Board Member

Quinton Harris is co-founder of Wireless Network Solutions and has years of experience in the operations of the organization in English and French speaking countries on the continent of Africa. Under his leadership WNS has achieved its operational goals in countries such as DRC, Ivory Coast and West Africa.
